The selection process varies depending on the role you’re applying for, but it generally follows the four steps outlined below:

Technical testThis at-home test focuses on your particular skill-set and takes 45-90mins

HR interviewThis 30-minute session focuses on soft skills and your fit with Prima’s culture

Technical lungeThis can involve things like pair programming and case studies and usually takes 60-90mins

Management interviewThis is a more high-level discussion with the department manager, you could be invited for another interview to explore specific technical skills
