Prima Seguros, insurtech, which operates as an insurance agency specializing in the automotive sector, has appointed Nichole Viviani as its new Chief People & Culture Officer, a decision that is part of the structural reorganization process that the company is undergoing with the aim of supporting and consolidating its growth.

With its landing in two new markets, Spain and the United Kingdom, the insurtech is expanding its model based on technology and innovation in the international market, which is why it has been restructured as an international group in which Nichole Viviani will lead the people and culture team at a global level.

The new Chief People & Culture Officer has a strong track record of innovation and transformation of high-performance teams, brands and cultures. She specializes in organizational design and the implementation of talent empowerment and workforce evolution strategies. She also has extensive experience in creating corporate culture, purpose and values and in global expansion in different sectors such as software, Fintech and Retail, working for different companies such as Worldpay, FIS, Dixons Retail and Xplor Technologies.

Viviani will be in charge of leading and implementing Prima's strategy at a global level, to offer a work environment that favors and promotes all talent to exploit their potential, exploring telecommuting opportunities and work-life balance.
