Prima Assicurazioni is an insurtech company that has revolutionised the relationship between customers and their insurance thanks to technology. It has been named a Customer Experience leader at the first edition of the Digital Revolution Awards, an event organised by Bain & Company Italy to promote a day of meeting and discussion on the themes of innovation, change and connection.
Prima Assicurazioni was selected from among 50 specialist companies in different industry sectors, by analysing the services and experience they offer their customers. Functionality, added value, ease of use and overall customer impact were the four key aspects that led to the company’s award.
Prima has distinguished itself in the market thanks to its totally 'digital native' approach, based on data analysis and a study of specific insights, allowing it to offer end consumers a policy profiled according to their needs. The company uses state-of-the-art technological tools to speed up, streamline and simplify processes, for both internal and external stakeholders. All software used by Prima, moreover, is developed in-house, thus increasing ease and speed of use, given the very high level of integration between them.
