What you’ll do::
  • Support for the People Delivery Admin team in the monthly payroll monitoring process ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing. This includes verifying attendance records, tracking any payroll-related variables (such as salary increases, bonuses, overtime, or deductions), and ensuring that all data aligns with current labor laws and company policies to prevent discrepancies, minimize errors, and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Employee lifecycle management (hiring, extensions, conversions, terminations). In particular for example support for the weekly hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. This involves managing mandatory communications (COB), drafting and managing employment-related documentation such as commitment letters and contracts, as well as creating employee profiles in the internal HR management system (Personio and Zucchetti).
  • Offer continuous support to employees on labor law-related topics giving guidance on various payroll and administrative matters related to their employment. Providing ongoing support includes addressing queries about tax deductions, contract terms, severance pay (TFR), pension fund options, and company policies.
  • Preparation of regular reporting related to monthly administrative flows for monitoring efficiency and compliance. This includes compiling and analyzing data related to payroll, employee records, and HR activities, helping management make informed decisions based on accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implementation and management of projects related to employee benefits, welfare, and corporate partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated and strategic approach to internal initiatives.
  • Continuous updating on labour and personnel administration regulations to ensure full compliance with internal procedures.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in labor or economic law.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Zucchetti.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in People Administration in a company with CCNL Commercio.
  • Precision and confidentiality in performing tasks.
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and determination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Background in Tech/Startup/Scaleup companies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Mental flexibility and resilience.
  • Familiarity with Personio.
