To help fuel that growth, we need an Operation Specialist to join our Finance and Operations team.
This team lays the groundwork for Prima’s success.
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in driving structured and scalable growth. You’ll combine strategic thinking with operational precision to make sure that every decision is informed and every move is seamless.

What you’ll do: Support business procedures such as travel management, employees expense report and purchases Support Facility Management activities, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace Handle office malfunctions and maintain a functional workspace Manage office activities like processing orders, hosting guests and monitoring stock levels Organize and coordinate corporate events Assist with corporate agreements, gifts and expense reimbursements Contribute to continuous improvement of office processes and procedures Work collaboratively to create a positive, efficient, and innovative work environment
What we’re looking for: Previous experience of 1 year Fluency in English is a must Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Analytical mindset, precision, and attention to detail Positive mindset, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality, and a "can do" approach Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and reliability Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
