To help fuel that growth, we need an Operations Manager to join our Finance & Operations team in the UK.

This team lays the groundwork for Prima’s success. 

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in driving structured and scalable growth. You’ll combine strategic thinking with operational precision to make sure that every decision is informed and every move is seamless.

What you’ll do:
Facility & Office Management:
  • Lead the evolution of our office spaces, including vendor partnerships, building management, and major office projects
  • Take immediate ownership of our London office optimisation, working with the UK leadership team, international teams, and external partners
  • Shape office spaces to reflect Prima’s DNA and team needs
  • Support any upcoming office expansion
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance in line with UK regulations; manage risk assessments, emergency procedures, site inductions and related responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Process Excellence:
  • Build and scale processes that support business growth (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, employee services, reception, office moves)
  • Identify inefficiencies and introduce practical, data-driven improvements
  • Roll out tools and systems (e.g. desk booking, visitor systems, project/task tracking, Ops reporting dashboards)
  • Set up and prioritise Ops team routines and reporting

  • Team & business events coordination:
  • Plan and deliver socials and team events
  • Bring a high-energy, can-do mindset and creativity to enhance the day-to-day office and team experience
  • Support key moments and initiatives around events, culture that drives employee engagement

  • Team Management & Development and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Lead the UK Operations team, reporting into the UK Head of Finance
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams in Italy and Spain
  • Develop the team’s skills and responsibilities over time to support business needs
  • Align closely with Finance and People teams to make sure Operations support broader business needs

  • Budget, Vendor & Risk Management:
  • Own the UK Operations budget, planning accurately, managing costs, and ensuring value
  • Lead vendor management (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.) and review/switch partners as needed
  • Ensure business continuity through robust risk assessments and planning (e.g. for building issues, outages, emergencies, etc.)
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure all workplace tech (e.g., connectivity, meeting rooms) is working smoothly


  • What we are looking for:
  • Approachable and confident engaging with all levels, including leadership
  • Strong experience in Office/Operations/Facilities Management (ideally in international/fast-paced environments)
  • Solid project management skills
  • Great stakeholder and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and external partners
  • Culturally aware and adaptable
  • Health & Safety knowledge or certifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) would be a plus
