To help fuel that growth, we need a Brand Specialist to join our Online Sales & Marketing team.

This team is Prima’s business card. 

As part of this team, you will support the development of brand strategies for the Spanish market while collaborating closely with both local and international teams. This position reports directly to the Brand Lead and will play a key supporting role in executing brand initiatives in the Spanish market. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and able to execute impactful brand initiatives and campaigns.

What you'll do:
  • Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Assist in product launches including messaging, asset development, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for the execution of digital and traditional media campaigns.
  • Support PR and influencer marketing efforts by collaboration with external agencies and internal global teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and consumer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to local brand activations linked to global and local sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Support the development of the social media editorial calendar and monitor engagement and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the tracking and management of the brand and media budget.

  • What we're looking for:
  • 3-4 years of experience in branding, marketing, or working with creative/communication/media agencies.
  • Knowledge of integrated campaign execution and brand activation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
  • Advanced English for collaboration with international teams.

  • Nice-to-have: :
  • Experience with media planning, influencer marketing, or PR.
  • Passion for storytelling, branding, and cultural trends.
  • A collaborative mindset, results-driven attitude, and ability to take initiative.
