To help fuel that growth, we need an Application Support Engineer - Helpdesk to join our Engineering team.

This team is the beating heart of Prima. 

The Enterprise Application Support team is a specialised function with the Global Service Desk, focused on supporting and optimising the organisations’ portfolio of SaaS and enterprise applications. A key area of focus is the implementation of automation to streamline support tasks and improve service delivery.

What you'll do:
  • Provide 1st line IT support assisting global colleagues across the UK, Italy and Spain.
  • Deliver technical support across a range of SaaS applications.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Enterprise Application Support teams to develop and enhance world-class IT services.
  • Liaise with external providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • What we're looking for:
  • Strong working knowledge of both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Proficiency in managing and deploying automation workflows. 
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience using an ITSM platform for ticketing and incident management.

  • Nice-to-have:
  • Linux experience.
