Our People & Culture department looks after the whole business internationally. It’s split into three – Recruiting finds great talent, Talent helps employees develop and grow, and People Administration supports employees day-to-day on all things.

What we look for How to stand out from the crowd

We wanted to give you a few tips for standing out at the interview stage. Firstly, research Prima and the specific role you're applying for. We'll want to know why you're a good fit for both. Also, be clear about where you see yourself going, as well as your current strengths and weaknesses. Transparency is big here. We want team players, who can also work independently, with a focus on results.
