With his strong tech background, Robba is set to further strengthen the insurtech’s product offering and user experience.

Milan, October 20th 2025 – Prima Assicurazioni, the insurtech company, has appointed Nicolò Robba as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). With over fifteen years’ experience across fintech, insurtech and e-commerce, Robba will now lead the group's product strategy. He will coordinate the development of Prima's product offering across Italy, the UK and Spain, strengthening its tech- and data-driven approach.

In his role, Robba will be responsible for product excellence at Prima. He will align teams on measurable business outcomes and integrate product, design and engineering functions into a unified, high-speed system. He will also further promote the adoption of tech-driven models for pricing, personalisation and process optimisation. The aim is to continue improving the company’s user experience, operational efficiency, international scalability and time to market.

A manager with solid international experience, Robba has held key leadership roles across Southeast Asia. He founded and led Lifepal, an insurtech platform in Indonesia. As Lifepal’s Chief Operating & Product Officer, Robba helped the company attract over 4 million monthly visitors, turning it Indonesia's number one auto premium provider. In the e-commerce sector, Robba was Senior Vice President of Product at Shipper Group in Jakarta. He also contributed to Lazada's regional growth as a market leader. He served as Vice President of Product Strategy in Singapore, working on regional roadmaps and dynamic pricing tools.
