Patrick Cohen is Chief Executive Officer of AXA European Markets and Health and a member of the AXA Group Management Committee.
He has built an international career across insurance, financial services and consumer-driven industries. Before joining AXA, he held senior leadership roles at Zurich Insurance, General Electric and Ferrero, and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising major insurance institutions.
He joined AXA in 2016 as Managing Director of AXA Italy and later served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AXA France.
Patrick holds a Master of Science in Marketing from ESCP Business School.
George Ottathycal

Our co-founder George began preparations for Prima’s launch in 2013. When we went live in 2015, he stepped up as our General Manager and helped secure our early success in Italy. He now serves as our CEO and is focused on taking Prima global. Before Prima, George worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group. He holds two MBAs: one from IESE Business School and another from Columbia Business School.
Henry de Courtois

Henry is Chief Executive Officer of Direct Assurance, AXA’s digital direct insurance business in France. He has built a strong international career within the AXA Group, holding senior executive roles across France, the United Kingdom and Poland, with a focus on retail insurance, transformation and profitable growth. Before his current role, Henry served as Chief Executive Officer of AXA Direct Poland and held executive positions within AXA France and AXA UK, where he was responsible for pricing, claims and business performance across multiple lines of business. Henry is a qualified actuary and a graduate of HEC Paris.
Massimo Della Ragione

Massimo is a professor of practice at Bocconi University, where he leads Digital Tech at Bocconi 4 Innovation (B4I). He’s also a Partner at Corporate Hangar, a venture builder that help turn innovative ideas into start-ups. He retired from Goldman Sachs in 2021, where he’d been a partner for over a decade. Before Goldman Sachs, Massimo was a Managing Director at JP Morgan from 1993 to 2006. He also worked at Credito Italiano from 1988 to 1993.
Nicolas Leclercq

Nicolas is the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for AXA’s European Markets. Nicolas has been working with AXA for over 20 years and has held various senior finance roles both in operating entities (including as CFO of AXA Spain) and at Group level (including as Head of Group M&A, Capital Management and Treasury). Over these years, Nicolas assumed different board functions and he is currently a member of the Boards of AXA entities in the UK, Spain and Belgium. Nicolas holds a Master in Management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
Christophe Mugnier

Christophe Mugnier is Chief Underwriting Officer for AXA Europe and has built a long-standing career within the AXA Group, holding senior leadership roles across risk management, underwriting and finance. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of AXA Life Europe and is a board member of AXA Italy, where he also chairs the Risk and Internal Control Committee.
Over the course of his career, Christophe has held executive positions within AXA France, AXA Belgium and the AXA Group Corporate Centre, with responsibilities spanning risk governance, actuarial matters, business control and financial management. Christophe is a qualified actuary and a graduate of École Centrale de Paris.
Emanuele Solidoro

Emanuele is the Managing Director of Neurone, a technology-focused investment group. He oversees all investment activities and operations of the group. Before Neurone, he was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, and he has over 12 years of investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs, Nomura and Lehman Brothers in London and New York.

Luca Ceron

Luca is a certified public accountant and auditor. He’s also a partner at CT&P Commercialisti Associati, a leading corporate and tax consulting firm in Milan. A Business Administration graduate from Bocconi University, he began his career at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. (formerly Arthur Andersen S.p.A.). He now performs ordinary and extraordinary tax and corporate consulting. He also holds numerous corporate positions as director, auditor and member of supervisory boards.
Giacomo Previtali

Giacomo is an italian chartered accountant and manager. In 2012, he became a certified public accountant and auditor and has since practised at Studio Previtali, which he owns. He’s a member of the board of directors and board of statutory auditors for several listed and unlisted companies. He holds a degree in Markets and Business Strategies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Arianna Petrara

Arianna has been a counsel at Studio Lexia Avvocati since January 2022. She’s also registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and on the Register of Auditors of Milan. Since graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University, she’s gained lots of experience in international tax consultancy firms. From 2012 to 2021, she practised at her own firm, where she helped national and multinational companies, in start-up and crisis stages, with civil and tax matters.
