To help fuel that growth, we need a DevOps to join our Infrastructure team.
This team is the beating heart of Prima.
You’ll be joining over 200 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

What you’ll do: System Reliability: Develop and sustain reliable, scalable, and efficient systems, establishing and monitoring Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to enhance system reliability Infrastructure Automation: Lead the automation of operational tasks and incident response processes Resource Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan future resource requirements for all infrastructure systems Software Design: Collaborate with software engineers to design systems focused on reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize system performance, capacity, and cost efficiency Incident Management Support: Participate and lead blameless post-incident analyses to uncover root causes and implement preventive actions Security: Support the implementation and maintenance of best security practices, participating in vulnerability assessments, and threat mitigation.
What we’re looking for: Deep understanding and experience in Site Reliability Engineering and in implementing SRE Practices Excellent knowledge of AWS services and hands-on experience in production environments Proficiency with networking protocols, DNS principles, and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Helm) Experience in proposing, discussing, and implementing changes to CI/CD systems, specifically GitHub Actions, while providing developer support In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code technologies and best practices, preferable Pulumi, Terraform is a bonus point Ensure code quality through proper structuring, commenting, and adherence to guidelines Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages Proactive analysis of incidents, implementation of preventive solutions, and writing comprehensive Root Cause Analysis Engage in discussions with stakeholders to propose solutions and ensure timely execution of work plans Contribute to maintaining and introducing new standards and guidelines, including training junior team members and participating in recruiting processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
Nice-to-Have: Experience working in heavily regulated environments, handling high volumes of sensitive and personal data in industries such as Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare Expertise in microservices architecture, including principles, best practices, and challenges in designing and managing microservices-based systems Experience with DataDog for platform and application monitoring, including setup, configuration, and analysis of metrics for performance optimisation Basic understanding of RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Rust, and Elixir, enabling troubleshooting and maintenance tasks in these technologies when required Fundamental database structure skills for maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, ensuring stability and performance Exposure to security technologies like Cloudflare for implementing and maintaining secure networking environments
