To help fuel that growth, we need an Data Analyst to join our team. 
 
This role is central to protecting both Prima and our customers by ensuring data accuracy, identifying operational risks, and driving improvements across Customer Care, Validations and Claims referrals. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and translating insight into action.
 
You will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Head of Customer Care, the wider teams, and colleagues across Underwriting and Pricing, making this a fantastic development step for someone ready to grow their analytical and cross-functional experience.

What you'll do :
  • Analyse operational data across Customer Care, Validations, and Claims referrals to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor policy exceptions, referral outcomes, and quality assurance metrics.

  • Support data feeds, reporting structures, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency within Customer Care.

  • Work on projects that use data and automation to streamline operational processes and enhance decision making.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to translate analytical findings into clear actions that improve customer outcomes and reduce risk.

  • What we’re looking for:
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or similar).

  • Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.

  • Experience querying and analysing large datasets within a cloud data environment (e.g. Databricks or similar Cloud Data Platforms).

  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data.

  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non technical audiences.
