This team is the beating heart of Prima.

As a Software Engineer in the ML Platform Domain, you will play a key role in building foundational platforms that enable Machine Learning at scale across all countries where the company operates.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the design and evolution of reliable systems and shared capabilities that support the full ML lifecycle—from experimentation to productionTake the lead in developing platform tools, shared services, and infrastructure that power Machine Learning at scaleWork within a dynamic team of engineers in the ML Platform Domain, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and supportCollaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, including data scientists and ML engineers, to support the full ML lifecycle, from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoringContinuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure Prima’s ML platform remains robust and future-proof
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of professional experience in software development with PythonStrong knowledge of software design principles and architectureProficiency in software development practices like TDD and BDD, ensuring our code is marked by quality, readability, and maintainabilityPractical Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, containerization technologiesExperience working with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) and designing relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with machine learning models and workflows in production environmentsProficiency in cloud-based systems (preferably AWS)Familiarity with Domain Driven DesignExperience with data and ML orchestration frameworks (e.g. Databricks, Airflow, Kubeflow)Experience in infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi), container orchestration (e.g. K8s, Knative) and Service mesh
