To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Quoting Domain. Pricing and risk selection are at the heart of Prima’s competitive advantage—this is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful areas.

As part of this team, you’ll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions – you’ll be a trusted partner to pricing and sales leaders across Italy, the UK, and Spain, enabling the smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and data science to shape ambitious business visions and deliver world-class pricing solutions.

What you’ll do:
  • Define the product: alongside engineering and the business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for a number of products and services within the Quoting area;
  • Prioritisation and planning: prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders;
  • Product delivery: collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day to day work and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals;
  • Stakeholder management: your stakeholders will include many teams within Prima, such as pricing and underwriting and online sales, across all of the markets where Prima operates;
  • Strategy: working closely with your department leadership team, contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product area.

    • What we’re looking for:
  • Experienced and impactful: you have 3+ years of experience delivering data-centric software products as a product manager or similar role;
  • Analytical: you are comfortable breaking down complex problems and using data to make smart, confident decisions;
  • Fluent in agile: you know how to drive product development in cross-functional teams, with a solid grasp of agile practices and product management fundamentals;
  • Technically confident: you’ve worked with complex platforms and software architectures before;
  • Adaptable: you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow;
  • A great communicator: you can clearly and confidently articulate complex ideas—technical, strategic, or both—to any audience, from engineers to executives and you are proficient in written and spoken English.

    • Nice-to-have:
  • Global mindset: you’ve worked in international environments and know how to navigate different cultures and markets;
  • Language skills: business proficiency in either Italian or Spanish on top of English is a nice plus, especially for collaborating with local teams;
  • Technical understanding: past experience with programming, SQL, software architecture.
