To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Designer to join our Design & UX team.
This team is guided by what our customers want. As part of this team, you’ll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions – informed by our design, data and business strategy.
From discovery to delivery, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.

What you’ll do:
Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Design, test, and iterate on user interfaces and experiences to maximise conversion rates and reduce drop-offsUser-Centric Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless and intuitive customer journeyData-Driven Decisions: Utilise data analytics and user insights to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the conversion funnelCollaborative Work: Work closely with the UX team, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsA/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate design changes and their impact on key performance metrics - working closely with product and engineeringStay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes
What we’re looking for: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on conversion optimisation and user experiencePortfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design approachSkills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platformsAnalytical Mindset: ability to analyse data and user feedback to inform design decisions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Contentsquare, or similar is a plusCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisionsCollaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyLanguage: Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Nice-to-have: Experience designing in a scalable way such as platform thinking and modular designKnowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development basicsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environmentWhy you’ll love it here
