Prima Group, one of the fastest growing insurance brands in the UK and globally, continues to grow its global team with the appointment of Anuj Pradhan as Global Chief Product Officer. The appointment reflects the overall vision of Prima to consolidate its development in the UK and abroad, to position itself as one of Europe’s most successful insurtech company.
Anuj brings over more than 15 years’ experience in tech, data management and strategy consulting, with a particular focus on integrating data science into building products and businesses. His most recent role was Head of Platform Technology at GoTo, where he was responsible for well-known brands such as LastPass, GoToMeeting, GoToConnect, and many more. Previously he has also worked in companies such as Amazon and Bain & Company.
At Prima, Anuj will report directly to group CEO, George Ottathycal and will be responsible for coordinating the global development of Prima’s offering, specifically the improvement of customer experience through the use of data.
Prima is one of Italy’s leading car insurers – with a 30% online market share - and launched to UK consumers in October 2022. The company expects to replicate its rapid growth achieved in Italy across all chosen European territories.
