To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager for Claims AI to contribute to the evolution of our AI-powered claims capabilities.

Claims management is at the heart of Prima’s competitive advantage - this is your chance to lead and revolutionise one of our most strategic and impactful areas.

In this high-impact role, you will apply AI and LLMs to real-world, high-volume processes.You’ll work closely with claims experts, data scientists, and engineers to turn complex problems into intelligent, scalable products that materially improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.

What you'll do:

Roadmap definition: define and evolve the roadmap for AI-driven and automated claims capabilities

Turn data into product decisions: use quantitative analysis, experiments, and insights to prioritise problems, validate solutions, and measure impact

Drive AI adoption at scale: lead initiatives that replace manual workflows with smart automation, combining rules, ML models, and LLM-based systems

Deliver with engineering and data science: collaborate daily with a cross-functional agile team to ship reliable, production-grade AI featuresPartner with the business: work closely with Claims teams to deeply understand processes, pain points, and regulatory constraints, translating them into impactful product solutions

Contribute to strategy: help shape Prima’s broader Claims product strategy, identifying where emerging technologies can unlock step-change improvements

What we're looking for:

Proven experience: 4+ years delivering complex tech products end to end, as a PM, Data Scientist or related roles. You’ve worked on products that automate operational processes or decision-making at scale

Strong analytical mindset: you are highly data driven, comfortable with metrics, trade-offs, and structured problem solving

AI-aware product leader: hands-on experience with AI products is a plus; familiarity with LLMs, ML concepts, or AI-powered workflows is important

Technically confident: you can engage deeply with engineers and data science teams on architecture, constraints, and feasibility; you know how to drive discovery, prioritisation, and delivery in cross-functional agile teams

Excellent communicator: you can clearly explain complex technical and strategic topics to engineers, claims experts, and leadership, and you are fluent in Italian and English

Nice-to-have:

Global mindset: you’ve worked in international environments and know how to navigate different cultures and markets.

Exposure to regulated environments or complex operational domains
