We are looking for a Product Manager to guide the Accounting Product Team, helping us in making our vision true. As a member of an international product team, you will define the roadmap and drive the delivery of one of our most business-critical products. Our mission is to ensure accounting coherence and consistency within any data flow that involves a money transaction, eventually helping our finance operations become more efficient while ensuring full financial data reliability. All of this will eventually enable other company’s functions to make the most out of our financial data, leading to a much more accurate pricing and company KPIs calculation and monitoring.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a vertical in product development projects and interacting with the development team. Your key stakeholders will be the Chief Financial Officer and the entire global finance team. Specifically, you will be responsible for these activities:
● Product Definition and Prioritization: Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the overall Vision, helping the product becoming fully scalable across multiple countries as Prima grows.
● Product Delivery: Support the Delivery team by understanding and providing customer and product knowledge and facilitating the understanding of product features, being a point of contact between them and the Business.
● Stakeholder management: your main stakeholder will be the Company CFO and his team, but you will also be involved in several cross-domain conversations including most of the teams within Prima, such as technology and product management teams of every country. You will be responsible for gathering information about their needs and priorities, synthesizing them in your product roadmap and specs, and keeping them updated and aligned
● Strategy: working closely with the Product Lead of your domain, contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product domain.

This role can be fully office based, part-remote or fully remote, in European timezones. We currently have offices in London (UK), Milan and Rome (Italy), Madrid (Spain) with more countries due to open soon.
