Job description
Prima is an Italian tech company that has been disrupting the insurance industry since its launch in 2015, achieving € 170 million investment since 2018. Prima now boasts over two and a half million active clients and has started its international expansion, opening new offices in the UK and in Spain.
In this position you will become an important member of our product team. You will work closely with our Product Managers and other designers to envision the future of tools and services for your colleagues and Prima customers. You’ll have a chance to solve some of our most important UX/UI problems and shape the future of our current and upcoming products from idea stage to final execution and further iterations.
Through the design of customer journeys, flows, prototypes and user tests, you will have to create and think experiences for users who need to solve complex operations in an economic, transparent and simple way.

- You have an impressive portfolio which demonstrates your design process, strong visual skills and outcomes that you’ve driven.
- You have product opinion and you effectively communicate and propose solutions based on your intuition and experience.
- You care deeply about solving customer problems and creating customer-centric products.
- You’re a critical thinker who can uncover and define opportunity areas for your product.
- You’re driven by both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
- You are able to understand technical implications in their design decisions.
- You have an understanding of human behaviour from a UX perspective.
- You have strong attention to detail from a UI perspective.
- You have an excellent working knowledge of tools such as Figma and Miro.
Nice to have
In addition to the core requirements, we will also assess candidates based on the following attributes:
- Previous work experience on internal or customer interfaces that requires authentication.
- Strong eye for web performance.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML fundamentals.
- Previous work experience with agile and scrum methodologies.

The employment is Full Time.
Our office is in Piazzale Loreto 17, 20131 Milano (MI), but we also consider Full Remote hiring from other European countries and for our offices in Rome, London and Madrid.
