The role holder will assist the Italian Talent Managers and report to the Director of People and Culture with a wide range of initiatives such as HR inductions, probation confirmations or extension, D&I led programmes, local level ER cases as well as partner with the wider business and team. The role will require you to be the Italian point of contract as well as work closely with our Italian HR team to ensure our themes are aligned as a group strategy.
