As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the entire selection process
- Conducting direct headhunting
- Designing and refining new selection processes
- Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Organizing job fairs and career days
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills and proactive and determined attitude
- Experience in building up and deploy Campus hiring strategies
- Ability to liaise with high volume hiring projects
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Recruiting or headhunting experience, preferably in Analytics (Data scientists) and/or Tech hiring
- An attitude geared towards embracing change and innovation
- Fluency in Spanish
