As a People & Culture Partner in Prima, you will take care of:
- Advisory and business partnering: provide effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to key business stakeholders / senior management.
- Project management: own and deliver complex and cross-functional projects and drive progress towards business goals.
- Policy implementation: engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
- Employee relations: manage trade unions relations, address and resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals and complex disciplinary issues.
- Social parties: coordinate the relationship with work councils and unions to drive positive employee relations
- Coach: coach and develop People team colleagues and stakeholders across the business
You are the ideal candidate or applicant if you meet the following requirements:
- Relevant experience in a Senior People Partner / Senior HR Business Partner role operating in a global, fast-paced and global/distributed environment
- Relevant experience in managing and resolving employees’ disciplinary issues in partnership with your business stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, strong knowledge of the CCNL Commercio is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian language
- Ideally proficient High proficiency in Google Suite applications and high confidence in data management and reporting using complex functions on Excel/Google sheet
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, demonstrating ability in providing a range of potential solutions to complex business/employees issues
- Strong organizational and relational skills to manage and correctly prioritize multiple activities, initiatives and employee relations quests/issues effectively and efficiently
- Relevant experience in using a data-driven approach, bringing solid evidence to influence and drive business/stakeholders decisions
- Relevant experience in managing and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership/management teams
- Experience in managing trade unions, being the contact person for requests, negotiation and managing the ongoing relationship will be considered as a plus
