To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Leader to drive the vision and execution of our Claims products in Italy. Claims management is at the heart of the experience we provide to our customers and a key area of Prima’s competitive advantage. This is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful product areas.
You'll be a trusted partner to Italy's Claims leadership, enabiling strong collaboration between Product, Engineering and the business to shape ambitious visions and turn them into scalable, effective products and processes. You'll lead the Product team dedicated to Claims Italy and play a key role in defining how technology and AI can help us improve claims management as Prima continues to grow.

What you’ll do:
Define the vision and roadmap. Own and shape the product strategy for Claims Italy alongside Engineering, Product and Claims business leadership, translating business challenges and opportunities into a clear product direction and roadmap.
Drive business impact. Identify and prioritise the problems and opportunities with the highest impact on our customers, claims operations and business performance, ensuring teams remain focused on outcomes rather than output.
Lead high-impact initiatives. Enable the discovery and execution of complex initiatives across the Claims domain, from improving existing processes to introducing new platform capabilities, automation and AI.
Build for scale. Evolve our claims management capabilities as the business grows, reducing operational complexity and enabling increasingly efficient and automated processes.
Inspire your team. Lead, mentor and develop a talented team of Product Managers, creating a culture of ownership, high agency, continuous learning and strong collaboration with Engineering.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced and impactful. You have 6+ years of experience delivering software products as a Product Manager or similar role, including experience leading Product Managers or product teams.
Strong business orientation You understand how product decisions translate into customer and business outcomes and are comfortable working closely with senior business stakeholders.
Technically confident. You’ve worked with complex platforms and software architectures. You are able to evaluate technical trade-offs. You are an effective sparring partner for the Engineering team on architectural choices and long-term platform evolution.
An analytical mind. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems and using data to make smart, confident decisions.
A great communicator. You can clearly and confidently articulate complex ideas, technical, operational or strategic, to any audience, from engineers and claims handlers to senior executives. You are proficient in both Italian and English.
Nice to have:
Insurance or Claims experience. Previous exposure to insurance, Claims or other operationally complex industries.
Hands on technical experience. Previous experience with programming, SQL, data analysis.
AI and automation experience. Experience applying AI, machine learning or automation to improve operational processes or internal products.
