Are you looking for a new challenge?
Fancy helping us shape the future of motor insurance?
Prima could be the place for you.
Since 2015, we’ve been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price. Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. In fact, we’re trusted by over 4 million drivers. And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.
To help fuel that growth, we need a Chief of Staff to join our People team.
This team is the team behind the teams.
They attract top talent, help individuals grow and foster a unique culture, where people can be themselves and thrive. As part of this team, you’ll be helping to make Prima the best place to work – for everyone.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our People & Culture team. You will work closely with our Chief People & Culture Officer and her leadership team to drive strategic projects which will not only empower our employees but also accelerate our growth.

You will adopt a data-driven approach to facilitate decision-making, optimize processes, and support the team in executing key business priorities. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the People & Culture team’s OKRs (objectives and key results) to track the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and, importantly, our values. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the People leadership team, Finance, and senior leaders to gather input, communicate project progress, and drive initiatives to successful completion. Continuous Improvement: Work with and support the People leadership team to proactively identify areas for process optimization and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the People & Culture team. Financial Planning & Budgetary Control: In consultation with the Chief People & Culture Officer, and in collaboration with Finance, manage the year end financial and workforce planning process for the People team. You will also own the monthly cost monitoring and quarterly re-forcasting processes on behalf of the People & Culture team. ExCo & MI Reporting: Compile and deliver monthly People Dashboard together with ad hoc MI as required by the business.
What we’re looking for: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, and/or strategic project management, ideally within HR, People Operations, or related functions. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data to support decision-making and strategy development.
