To help fuel that growth, we need we need for a Product Manager for our Quoting Platforms, a key area within Pricing & Underwriting.

At Prima, pricing and risk selection are the engine of our competitive edge. This role is an opportunity to drive the evolution of one of our most data-rich, technically complex, and strategically critical domains.

You’ll partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and commercial leaders across Italy, the UK, and Spain to shape the products that determine how millions of customers get their quotes every day.

What you'll do:

Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap.

Champion users needs by deeply understanding the work of data scientists, engineers, and business partners, thus empowering them to make faster, smart erdecisions.

Convert business and technical problemsinto product features.

What we're looking for:

Experience (3+ years) in product management or adjacent roles in SW development or data science, driving products in complex technical domains.

Strong quantitative skills: You think in numbers. You’re confident using data to analyse system performance, identify patterns, and make tough prioritisation decisions.

Analytical and structure dmindset: You decompose complexity intoactionable insights, define measurable success criteria, and communicate with clarity.

Technical fluency: You’re comfortable discussing tech and analytics content with engineers and data scientists.

Adaptability, curiosity, proactivity: You thrive on learning, adjusting, and improving in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-have:

Direct experience in technical roles (data science, SW engineering)

Global mindset: Experience working across countries or multi-market products.

Language skills: Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.

Technical foundation: Familiarity with SQL, programming, or software architecture is a plus — it helps you speak the same languageas your partners.
