To help fuel that growth, we need a Fronting and Reinsurance Analyst to join our Pricing & Underwriting team.

This team is the strategic engine behind Prima’s growth.

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our business strategy and driving innovation. By combining advanced analytics and machine learning, you’ll help keep our pricing competitive and our risk under control. You’ll work at the intersection of data science and real-world impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action.

What you'll do:

Implementing proportional and non-proportional programs as well as structured solutions covering the different countries in which Prima operates;

Negotiating financials and writing the contracts clauses;

Acting as single interface with our Partner Reinsurance and Fronter companies and Brokers;

Supporting the planning process in collaboration with Finance and Underwriting in terms of reinsurance;

Coordinating the data and information flow with Fronters and Reinsurers as required by the programs.

What we're looking for:

Experience of about 2-5 years in drafting and managing reinsurance treaties;

Strong quantitative and analytical skills;

Good understanding of basic insurance accounting principles;

Knowledge of reinsurance treaty pricing;

Proactive and positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, enabling to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have:

Experience developed in non-Life products with focus on Motor;

Knowledge of other European languages;

Passion for innovation and constant improvement of processes and technologies.
