We are looking for an Intern to join the Financial Reporting team within the CFO area.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background who is motivated to grow within a young and dynamic team, and contributing to the development of the department.
As a Financial Reporting Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn how to ensure the correctness and accuracy of accounting entries related to accounts payable, accrued expenses, and prepayments;
- Get exposed to selected tax matters, e.g. verifying the accuracy of withholdings paid monthly through F24 for self-employed workers;Work closely with the many different teams within the Finance area;
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and intercompany balances;
- Support the team during monthly and annual accounting closings.
Requirements
We are looking for a recent graduate or a candidate with brief post-graduate experience, possessing the following technical skills:
- Good academic background in Economics, with a focus on Accounting;
- Strong interest in accounting concepts or in document management;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and precision.
Previous experience through curricular internships—especially in international settings—as well as participation in a study abroad or Erasmus program, will be considered a plus.
