To help structure and manage that growth, we need a Financial Reporting Expert that will help us shape our team and will report to the Italy Financial Reporting Manager, in the CFO area.
Our perfect candidate will have solid experience in accounting and financial reporting, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a business-oriented accounting enthusiast with analytical approach and excellent attention to details.

What you’ll do: Preparing the statutory financial statements of the Company according to IAS/IFRS Managing infra-annual closing activities (monthly, quarterly and semi-annual), streamlining timelines and guaranteeing excellence in reporting deliverables Coaching a pool of talented and passionate junior colleagues, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data with the support of our Group ERP (Oracle Netsuite) Supporting the Finance Business Partners and Corporate Finance team in the planning process and providing financial insights (e.g. variance analysis) Driving process optimization and efficiency enhancing functionalities of existing tools Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation Acting as point of contact with the Management and the business teams on financial reporting and accounting topics, including liaising with external accounting advisors.
What we are looking for: Outstanding academic background in Accounting studies Previous experiences (at least 3 years) in Big 4 audit firms or in accounting departments of fast-growing companies Positive mind-set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can do" attitude Fluency in Italian and English Analytical skills, precision and attention to details Advanced knowledge of Excel Willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have: Certified public accountant (CPA) or statutory auditor Passion for a diverse international environment Result oriented, coaching and time management skills
